CHAIRMAN
Tan Sri Lau Yin Pin is a Fellow of Association of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) UK, as well as a Graduate of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). He was previously, among other notable positions, a Senator of Dewan Negara, Senior Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman of Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Director and Audit Committee Chairman of YTL Power International Berhad, Chairman of STAR Publications (M) Berhad, and Chairman of UTAR Education Foundation.
 

He is currently a Trustee of the TARUC Education Foundation, Director of Ahmad Zaki Resources Berhad and Chairman of Linbaq Holding Sdn Bhd.

Datuk Wira Ling Kah Chok
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Datuk Wira Ling Kah Chok is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of LINBAQ Holding Sdn Bhd, where he assumes overall responsibility for the company’s operations and strategic direction. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from National University of Singapore.

With over 14 years of experience in the construction and property development industry, Datuk Wira Ling brings extensive expertise and knowledge to his role. Under his leadership, LINBAQ Holding has successfully launched projects with a combined Gross Development Value (GDV) of 1.2 billion Malaysian Ringgit in Iskandar Malaysia.

One of LINBAQ Holding’s flagship projects is located in Century Garden, Johor Bahru. This iconic development, named Space Residency, comprises a 61-storey serviced apartment, a Novotel hotel managed by the renowned AccorHotel Group, retail spaces, and Southeast Asia’s first Paper Theme Park in collaboration with Carton King from Taiwan. Notably, Carton King Theme Park is poised to become a vibrant entertainment hub attracting both local and international tourists. Additionally, in 2021, LINBAQ Holding launched Kaze Hill, a mixed development comprising landed properties and commercial shop lots, strategically situated in the Tebrau Corridor.

Looking ahead, LINBAQ Holding plans to launch prestigious projects in Iskandar Puteri and Pulai, with a total GDV of 3.0 billion over the next five years. These forthcoming developments will further solidify LINBAQ Holding’s position as a leading player in the property development industry.

Moreover, LINBAQ Holding has diversified its business interests in construction, trading, and pest control. In 2022, the company expanded into the bunkering services sector through its subsidiary, Far East (Melaka) Sdn Bhd. Additionally, in 2023, LINBAQ Holding ventured into the education industry by establishing its first international school, Link International School. These strategic moves underscore Datuk Wira Ling’s vision for diversification and commitment to providing quality services and education.

Datuk Dr. Wong Lai Sum
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Datuk Dr. Wong has a diversified background, both academically and professionally. Besides a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry, she also has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a PhD in Business from the University of Malaya. Her areas of expertise include international business, taxation, financial and corporate management, as well as strategic planning.

Her illustrious career saw 36 years in civil service, of which 24 years was with the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE). As its former CEO, she has invaluable insights on what it takes to advance businesses across borders.

Dato' Seri Mohamad Jaifuddin Bin Bujang Mohidin
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Dato’ Seri Mohamad Jaifuddin started his career at KKB Engineering Berhad as an Accounting Executive. Thereafter, he joined Nationlink Group of Companies as a Quantity Surveyor Executive, where he gained vital exposure to property management, construction, and development.

In 2004, he transitioned to Exticom Sdn. Bhd., an established telecommunications company, as Head of Business Development.  Datuk Mohamad Jaifuddin is also a Director of Knusford Berhad.

Currently, he also serves as a Special Officer to the Regent of Johor, Tunku Mahkota Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim.

Datuk Khoo Teck Kee
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Datuk Khoo Teck Kee is an experienced and respected leader in the accounting and business consultancy fields with over 25 years of professional experience. He holds a First Class Honors Degree in Accounting from the UK and is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (CA). Datuk Khoo is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA), and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) and the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia(CTIM).

Throughout his career, Datuk Khoo has worked with one of the “Big 4” international accounting firms, gaining expertise in audit, tax planning, due diligence, investigative work, and management consultancy across various industries. His ability to provide strategic advice and improve corporate governance has made him a trusted advisor for many businesses.

Datuk Khoo previously held the role of Group Managing Director and Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director at Milux, a Bursa Malaysia-listed company. In this position, he was responsible for overseeing the company’s operations, ensuring effective financial management, and upholding strong corporate governance. Known for his keen ability to identify potential challenges early, he played a key role in guiding the company toward long-term success while contributing his expertise to the board, with an emphasis on governance, corporate strategy, and sustainable value creation.

Currently, in addition to managing his own professional firm, Datuk Khoo serves as an Independent, Non-Executive Director on the Board of Saliran Group Berhad, a company listed on Bursa Malaysia. In this role, he continues to provide strategic guidance with a strong focus on corporate governance, long-term value creation, and sustainable growth.

With his wealth of experience and commitment to excellence, Datuk Khoo continues to make a significant impact in organizations, helping companies improve their financial health and governance practices.
